In a very brief summary I would outlining some of the work the CIC Foundation have got involved with specifically supporting Sam Stuart our gifted teaching pro in delivering:-

Golf to 500 children in local Primary Schools within their P.E lesson.

Funded weekly golf lessons to 5 adults with learning difficulties.

Worked specifically with 2 Primary Schools with learning difficulties.

Working with 2 disability Secondary Schools helping the Students achieve P.E at GCSE level.

Funded lessons for two amputees to get back to golf post amputation.

Together with Walmley Ladies section support local girls charity, “Cherished”.

As Walmley members we should all be very proud of the work Sam does in our community.

He is a wonderful ambassador for the club and we should also not forget a significant amount of funds raised will be put back into the club in the form of Junior Development and ultimately contributes to The Academy and it’s facility requirements.

Sunday’s fun event raised £1650 and the CIC Foundation Committee thank you all for the continued support and generosity.
